The least prestigious planning award

Every planner deserves an award!
Effies are over. IPA’s are over. Time for the easiest to win, least prestigious planning award out there!

Make planning visible.
Everyone knows the creative execution, but planning ideas are too invisible. We want to change this and announce the first instalment of the least prestigious planning award out there: ‘Anything-Goes-Planning-Award-for-Junior-to-Senior Planners-who-should-write-more’. Let’s call it AGOPA.

Submit anything. Seriously! Anything.
We are looking for submissions of
-       Your planning ideas and ideas on planning: what’s great, what should change, and what should Gordon change?
-       Your ideas on communication: tell me about your favourite campaign and the strategy behind it. How you would have made it better? Or even better, what’s the worst campaign?* Or maybe your funniest & most liked Facebook status. Or just a link.
-       The funniest or shittiest insight you ever wrote. The most ridiculous positioning.
-       The death of this and the future of that. The next big thing. And the last small joke.
-       In short: anything goes.

Just send it to gordon.euchler@gmail.com, henrik.niehus@gmx.com or felix.disson@gmail.com. Unless you indicate otherwise, we will not publish any submission.

Massive Trophy!**
The deadline is probably end of January.
We can’t promise you a massive award, but there will be a golden trophy involved and feedback from me will be provided lavishly (if you consider this a reward). Moreover, the best submission will be published on all of my personal social media accounts.***

****

** I am obviously lying here.
*** Only if you want that.
**** I am not promising anything like this.
